W1AW and ARRL

We left Massachusetts on our way to next stop in Allentown, PA.  As I was driving along I mentioned that we had crossed into Connecticut.  Mark started looking up info and then announced that we needed to stop in Newington to check out the ham Mecca W1AW.  This is headquarters for the American Radio Relay League.  The ARRL is the founding father of the development of ham radio.   First we toured the museum part of the compound.  Here are some ham radios and various parts.
