Piccalilli

During one conversation I had with Dad before arriving in Ohio he asked if I remembered eating Piccalilli as a child. I said that indeed I did, and then he asked me if I would like to make a batch for canning from his mother’s recipe. I said indeed I would. So here we are dropping the pickling spices in the mixture.
