Engine room door gets new latch January 2012

Mark gets another project done...this one has been on the list since well before we left Texas.  The engine door (under the forward steps) so when we have inclement weather we can pass through the engine room rather than through the cockpit.  Before, the door could only be opened from inside the boat...now it can be opened from the engine room as well - yeah!  (Mark says that it is fully mortised.)
